Pop’s Bagels arose from a problem in need of a solution. In 2017, after 6 years of living in Los Angeles and searching tirelessly for a bagel that married a soft, fluffy inside with a fresh crispy exterior and just the right amount of chewiness, Zach Liporace took matters into his own hands. After landing on what he deemed the perfect recipe, Zach established Pop’s Bagel’s in a small studio apartment in Los Feliz. Word spread quickly, and today, Pop’s Bagels is proud to lead the West Coast bagel renaissance. Our heart remains in Los Angeles, but we are excited to show the rest of the world how we take and bake!
